As the sensor detects the presence of water, sleet, snow, or ice it will send a wireless signal to activate a high water flashing beacon system or flash flood alert LED sign. The flashing beacon will remain in the “ON” state until the road is clear of water, sleet, snow, or ice. Our activation sensor can be placed up to 20 feet from its solar power system and up to 1500 feet from its flood warning sign.
